Welcome to AutoRapid Assist. By accessing and using our website, mobile communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp), or any roadside services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before availing any of our offerings.

1. Services Overview

AutoRapid Assist provides 24x7 vehicle roadside assistance including towing, battery jumpstart, tyre change, fuel delivery, lockout support, water wash, and minor mechanical repairs. Our services are available in supported areas only and subject to team availability.

2. Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to use a vehicle in India. By requesting our service, you confirm that you are the owner or have permission to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Service Request and Fulfilment

Service availability depends on your location and team bandwidth at the time of request.
All efforts will be made to respond within 30-60 minutes, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or terrain.
Only the specific service(s) confirmed during the booking will be offered on arrival. Additional work may require a separate booking or approval.

4. Charges & Payments

Charges will be disclosed clearly before a service is dispatched. We do not charge hidden fees. Payments can be made through UPI, cash, or online wallets. Membership plans are billed in advance and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation & Refund

You may cancel a service request before dispatch without charge.
Once a technician is en route or arrives, cancellation is chargeable.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days where applicable.

6. Limitations of Liability

While our technicians strive to be professional and efficient, AutoRapid Assist is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages including loss of income, delays, or third-party negligence. Our role is limited to service provision, not responsibility for underlying mechanical faults.

7. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to deny service to abusive, intoxicated, or unsafe environments. Team safety and respectful conduct are mandatory for all bookings.

8. Privacy and Data

Your name, phone number, location, and vehicle details may be collected only to fulfill the service. We do not sell or share user data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or disagreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance.
