At AutoRapid Assist, we strive to provide reliable and timely roadside services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a service request must be cancelled or a refund is required. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund.
If you cancel a service request before our technician has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
If the technician is already en route or has reached your location, a service charge will be applicable. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded after deducting the call-out fee.
If we are unable to fulfill your request due to unforeseen issues (e.g., technician unavailability, extreme weather), a full refund will be issued.
If you are not satisfied with the service received, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the incident. We will assess the situation and determine if a partial or full refund is appropriate.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment (e.g., UPI, wallet, card).
Membership fees and add-on services once availed (e.g., towing completed) are non-refundable.
